Our goal is to manufacture the highest-value cords, cables, and components, while providing the best customer service, and maintaing the highest ethical standards.

Our products are engineered to sound natural, musical, and coherent. We never use "voicing" or "attractive distortions" to impress or enhance but rather seek to create the most musically transparent products possible.

We do not make products in every category, and in many categories, we have only one product. We will never exploit our reputation by marketing products that do not live up to the same high standards our customers have come to expect.

One reason we can offer such incredible values is because we sell direct. Most products are manufactured, exported, imported, and distributed by different companies. Every time the product changes hands, the price doubles. 

We maximize our value and performance by spending less on non-essentials, such as branding and packaging, and more on research and development.

We are committed to manufacturing exclusively in the United States. We will never import from countries with lower labor rates to widen our profit margins.

Our company mantras are: "reuse, recycle, low-tox, and energy efficient." We use minimal packaging and do not “pre-cook” our products. Our green efforts not only benefit the planet, they also save our customers money.
