Power two components from one power supply.

No matter how clean your power supply may be, there are factors that resist and pollute power during the transfer process.

Our DC cables begin with a fully shielded 4-pin silver plated XLR with 10 amps power per pin. This allows a full 20 amps of power to transfer without restriction or corruption. Unlike many of our competitors, we would never recommend using unshielded plastic plugs that pick up unwanted RF and EMI noise.

The wire we use is cryogenically treated 19AWG high-purity copper Kimber Kable VariStrand that is engineered to cancel asymmetrical harmonics. Our construction is engineered to cancel inductive common-mode noise.

For additional isolation from RF and EMI noise the wires are covered with a sheild that floats at the component side for better isolation and assures unwanted noise is transferred to and neutralized by the power supply.

At the component side, in addtion to our high-performance hardwired solutions, we offer an assortment of the most common DC power plugs.


Common plug sizes and current ratings:

  • 5.5mm x 2.5mm long locking rated at 5 amps
  • 5.5mm x 2.5mm standard rated at 5 amps
  • 5.5mm x 2.1mm rated at 3.5 amps
  • 3.5mm x 1.3mm rated at 2 amps

Standard Cable lengths:

  • .5 meter to power components next to the power supply
  • 1 meter to power components one shelf away from the power supply
  • 1.5 meters to power components up to 4' from the power supply

Our most popular length is the 1 meter which allows the versatility of components being on the same shelf or one shelf away from the power supply.
