All Mojo Audio cords and cables come with a lifetime warranty:
This warranty is for the original owner and applies to any new, used, or demo cords and cables purchased directly from Mojo Audio.
If for any reason our products should fail under normal use, Mojo Audio will repair or replace them free of charge.
It is up to the discretion of Mojo Audio to repair versus replace a product. All replacement parts or replacement products will be of our current, most similar items. Wear, tear, abrasion, crushing, water damage, heat damage, oxidation, or damage caused by pets or misuse are not covered by this warranty.
Shipping to Mojo Audio on items returned under warranty is paid by the customer and return shipping from Mojo Audio to the customer is free.
Under no circumstances should any Mojo Audio products be opened. Opening voids the warranty as well as the 45-day return and 90-day upgrade options.
Electronics items manufactured by Mojo Audio are warrantied for 5 years from day of purchase by the original owner. All other warranties apply.
Products not manufactured by Mojo Audio that are sold by Mojo Audio have the original manufacturer's warranty and are not included under any Mojo Audio warranty. Any product purchased from Mojo Audio that is manufactured by another company has a 30-day retrun for refund option. This would require the item is in like-new condition and in its original packaging.
Mojo Audio offers a 45-day no-risk audition on all of our products:
Any item manufactured by Mojo Audio that can be purchased through the automated checkout on our website or that is sold as a used, demo, or prototype item in our eBay store is covered.
Any products covered by this return policy that are returned within 45 days, will be refunded at the full value of their purchase price minus shipping. The 45 days is counted from the day the product is delivered to the day it is shipped for return.
This return for refund option does not apply to special-order products with non-standard termination, non-standard length, or non-standard configuration. Accepting returns on special-order items is up to the discretion of Mojo Audio, and refunds will likely not be at full value.
If items are returned in any condition other than like new, it is up to the discretion of Mojo Audio to determine if items will be accepted and, if so, what percentage of the purchase price will be refunded.
Quantity discounts become void if part of an order is returned. Partial returns may result in a refund that is less than was paid per item if special-quantity discounts were applied to the original order.
Mojo Audio offers a 90-day full-value upgrade:
If there is another product manufactured by Mojo Audio that sells for a higher price that is intended for the same end use, items returned for upgrade within 90 days will be credited the full value of their purchase price minus shipping. This upgrade policy does not apply toward different product categories, different lengths of the same product, newer versions of the same product, or different connectors on the same product.
This full-value upgrade is applied toward the list price of new items and is not valid toward any pricing on demo, used, or sale items. It is up to the discretion of Mojo Audio to determine what percentage of full-value is applicable toward the purchase of anything except new products at list price.
If after 90 days a customer wants to exchange for a different version of the same product, it is up to the discretion of Mojo Audio to determine if the products are exchangeable and, if so, at what percentage of the original purchase price.
Terms of Return and Upgrade Policies:
Please note that the 45-day audition and 90-day upgrade options may be extended with prior written consent. If you contact us via e-mail prior to the end of these periods, we usually grant extensions.
All time extensions and returns require formal authorization via e-mail or in writing prior to the 45-day audition or 90-day upgrade time periods. No returns will be accepted unless accompanied by proper paperwork, including a return authorization number. Returns should be repacked in the original packaging and shipped to the address shown on the “Contact Us” page of this website.

All shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer. If the buyer does not pay the shipping charges at the time of purchase, these charges will be deducted should a customer choose to return a product within the 45-day trial period.
Customs and import duties may be applied to international orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient and vary from country to country.
